Everscarf processes only the information needed to answer your quote request, run your project, create your account and answer your questions.

Information we collect

The quote form collects your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, company or couple’s names, quantity, event date and project description. To limit abuse of the form, an irreversible digest of your IP address is stored; the IP address itself is not stored. When you sign in with Google, your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture (if any) are received. During a project, the quote amount, payment status, design files and your decisions, delivery and shipping details, and the questions you send us and our answers are processed.

How we use information

The information is used to prepare quotes, run your project through design, production and delivery, link your project to your account when you sign in with a Google account using the same email as in the form, contact you, provide customer support and meet legal obligations.

Our service providers

Form, account and project records and design files are stored on Supabase infrastructure. The site is published on Vercel. Google’s authentication service is used for Google sign-in. Payments are made outside the site using the method stated in the quote; the site does not collect or process card details.

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as the service and the law require. Design files are viewed only through short-lived links available to you and Everscarf. Administrative access is limited to authorised accounts; session keys are protected by secure cookies and server-side records.
