Terms of Use

By using the Everscarf site and quote form you accept the terms below. The commercial terms of each project are also set out in the written quote sent to you; if the quote differs from these terms, the quote prevails.

Membership

By signing in with your Google account you can follow your projects, approve designs and send questions to Everscarf. When you sign in with the email used in the quote form, the project is linked to your account. You are responsible for the security of actions taken through your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Quote and order

The quote form is a request for information, not an order. After your request, quantity, fabric, size, packaging, schedule, price and payment steps are shared in a written quote. The order is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and the payment stated in it is received. Everscarf Corporate and Everscarf Wedding orders are prepared for at least 50 pieces.

Design and revisions

After the first design presentation you are entitled to two revision rounds unless the quote states otherwise. Designs are shared in your account, where you can approve them or request a revision. Additional revisions may be priced separately. Printed colours may differ slightly from the on-screen design due to fabric and screen differences.

Production

Production starts after your final design approval and completion of the payment step stated in the quote, and takes around 4–6 weeks. The estimated delivery date is shown in your account. For projects tied to an event date, the schedule is planned together at the quote stage.

Packaging and delivery

Products are carefully packaged. The delivery method and cost are stated in the quote. For international shipments, any customs duties and local charges are paid by the recipient unless the quote states otherwise. Tracking details are shared in your account.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Because the products are designed and made specifically for you, they may fall under the exception to the right of withdrawal that consumer law provides for personalised goods. Changes after design approval and the conditions for cancellation and returns are set out in writing in the quote. For products with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

The designs, images, texts and Everscarf brand on the site may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. The scope of use of designs made for your project is stated in the quote. You confirm that you hold the rights to any logos and images you send us for use in the design.
